We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals for the position of LPG Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all aspects of LPG operations.
Key Responsibilities:
π§ Operational coordination:
- Oversee all aspects of LPG operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from receipt, storage, to distribution.
- Ensure all operations meet safety standards and regulatory requirements, while maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
π¨ Safety and Compliance:
- Promote a strong safety culture through implementing and enforcing robust safety protocols to safeguard staff and assets.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, proactively identifying risks and optimizing safety practices.
- Keep up to date with health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure full compliance.
π Process Optimization and Reporting:
- Monitor and assess operational performance, continually looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Develop and maintain clear, effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for optimal LPG operations.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, including inventory tracking, incident reports and compliance documentation.
- Prepare operational performance reports for management review.
πSecurity & Contractor Coordination:
- Ensure adherence to security procedures and ISPS security standards.
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors working at the terminal, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
- Issue work permits and verify that pre-job requirements are met.
π Team Coordination and Training:
- Work closely with the Operations Supervisor to provide guidance to LPG operations staff.
- Ensure training needs on procedures, safety and compliance are addressed in a timely manner.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
Who We're Looking For:
π Education:
- A diploma or degree in engineering, process technology, or a related field. Alternatively, experience in a supervisory role in the oil & gas industry will be considered. Additional certification in LPG handling or operations is a big plus.
πΌ Experience:
- At least 3-5 years in process operations, plant management, or a related field with a track record of leadership.
- Experience supervising teams and managing complex operations will set you apart.
βοΈ Skills & Attributes:
- Comfortable working in a facility environment with industrial hazards and varying temperatures.
- Flexibility to be on-call, and to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed.

- Starting salary Rs 40,000 (negotiable depending on qualifications and experience)
