Important Note – Working Hours
This position operates within restaurant service hours. The successful candidate must be flexible and available to work on a shift basis, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, according to operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests professionally at reception and over the phone.
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest feedback efficiently.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes.
• Process cash, card, and voucher payments and issue receipts.
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare cashier reports.
• Provide information on services, menus, and promotions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and follow company procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
