Sales Technician/Engineer

conduct site visits; coordinate materials and logistics; supervise installations; and provide after‑sales service and support.

• Conduct site surveys for solar PV installations: assess site, load capacity, and electrical infrastructure.
• Produce site inspection reports with measurements, photographs, and recommended system layout.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of PV components (modules, inverters, mounting, batteries, wiring, protection devices) and manage inventory on site.
• Supervise PV system installation teams, ensuring correct panel mounting, DC/AC wiring, inverter and battery installation, earthing, and cable management.
• Perform electrical connections, metering integration, and liaise with utility providers for grid interconnection and net‑metering requirements.
• Carry out system commissioning and testing: insulation tests, continuity, polarity checks, performance verification, and inverter configuration.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, PV standards, safety procedures, and permitting requirements; complete required documentation and sign‑offs.
• Provide customer handover: system operation briefing, monitoring setup, warranty information, and basic maintenance guidance.
• Deliver after‑sales support and maintenance: troubleshooting, performance monitoring, preventive inspections, and coordinating repairs or component replacements.
• Maintain accurate job records, timesheets, parts usage, and report progress to project manager.
