Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering employee queries regarding computer systems.
- Gathering and analysing data to diagnose problems with systems.
- Generating sign-ins for new hires during the on boarding process.
- Updating employees on the status of their service requests.
- Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed.
- Maintaining and updating computer systems.
- Provide training to users on various software.
Qualification & Competencies:
- Higher School Certificate or any other qualifications acceptable to Management.
- Knowledge in IS/IT would be an advantage.
- Experience in the logistic sector is a plus.
- Well-versed with Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Team player, dynamic and with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
- Should be creative, proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate professionalism.
- Ready to work at odd hours and open to travel overseas.
