Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answering employee queries regarding computer systems.
  • Gathering and analysing data to diagnose problems with systems.
  • Generating sign-ins for new hires during the on boarding process.
  • Updating employees on the status of their service requests.
  • Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed.
  • Maintaining and updating computer systems.
  • Provide training to users on various software.

 

Qualification & Competencies:

  • Higher School Certificate or any other qualifications acceptable to Management.
  • Knowledge in IS/IT would be an advantage.
  • Experience in the logistic sector is a plus.
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Team player, dynamic and with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
  • Should be creative, proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate professionalism.
  • Ready to work at odd hours and open to travel overseas.
