Job Role
We are looking for motivated and customer‑focused individuals who can provide excellent service to our clients while communicating fluently in Spanish or Italian. This is an expression of interest for potential upcoming opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and assist customers with their queries, requests, or issues.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers.
- Conduct outbound calls when required, including follow‑ups on pending information or documents.
- Manage challenging or dissatisfied customers professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
- Perform back‑office tasks such as processing requests, updating records, and validating documents.
- Apply customer service procedures and ensure adherence to internal guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Required Profile
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
- Good listening and problem‑solving skills, with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt to different customer situations.
Education Level
- SC / HSC / Bac or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Shifts aligned with European time zones (Winter/Summer):
- 10:00–19:30
- 10:30–20:00
- 11:00–20:00
- 11:30–21:00
Languages
- Spanish or Italian (minimum Delf B1 level)
