Key Duties: IT support, system & network maintenance, CCTV & SIM management, data security, backups, and IT projects. Qualifications: IT diploma/degree, 2–3 years’ experience, Windows, networking, Microsoft 365, problem-solving, integrity.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (computers, printers, servers, network devices, etc.).
  • Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects in alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and manage CCTV systems, ensuring they are fully operational and secured.
  • Handle SIM card orders, activation, and allocation for company users.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and information security policies.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring the IT budget, including CAPEX follow-up.
  • Maintain asset inventory and update IT records regularly.
  • Perform regular data backups and recovery tests to safeguard company data.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for IT equipment and support services.
  • Provide basic IT training or guidance to staff where necessary.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and systems.

Job Profile / Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance, software installation, and user support.
  • Basic understanding of data protection regulations and information security best practices.
  • Experience in managing CCTV systems and network infrastructure is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • High sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
