PREMIER FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED is seeking to recruit Compliance Analyst/Senior Compliance Analyst within its compliance department:
The duties and responsibilities involved are as follows:
1. Assist in conducting compliance monitoring and internal reviews.
2. Assist with compliance checks
3. Assist in discounting hits on AML/CFT software
4. Review Client Risk Assessments (CRA) and Business Risk Assessments (BRA).
5. Assist in drafting of compliance reports and MLRO reports
6. Assist in Transaction Monitoring as required
7. Assist in drafting policies, procedures, and internal compliance communications.
8. Track and follow up on outstanding compliance matters and deadlines.
9. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of compliance requirements.
10. Support the Compliance Officer/Manager in ad-hoc projects and regulatory audits.
11. All other ancillary compliance related tasks
Qualifications and Experience:
• A diploma or degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or Compliance (or equivalent qualification).
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in a compliance, risk management, or corporate services environment.
• Good knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and familiarity with FSC guidelines will be an advantage.
• Strong IT proficiency, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive attitude.
