Duties & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Agents for the follow up of orders.
- Assist Team Leader in daily tasks.
- Liaise with Department concerned for smooth transition and handling of dossiers.
- Participate actively in any project of the Department.
- Input data in our In-house system to generate shipping documents.
- Any other duties related with Sea Operations Department.
Qualification & Competencies:
- Higher School Certificate or any other qualifications acceptable to Management.
- 2 years working experience in the Logistics sector.
- Good knowledge of Import and Export formalities.
- Computer literate (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Strong personality with excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Should be creative, team player, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
- Should be ready to work at odd hours and during week ends/public holidays.
