Technician (Installation & Coordination)

Azure Outsourcing Services is recruiting on behalf Culinarium a Technician - Installation & Coordination.

 Culinarium is a premium Mauritian brand specializing in high-end outdoor kitchens made of stainless steel and premium outdoor equipment (Kamado Eggs, planchas, fire pits, gas BBQs, etc.).

Our kitchens are modular, crafted in stainless steel, and designed for fast, precise, and durable installation. We are looking for a technician who can uphold the quality, coordination, and precision our projects demand.

The Technician will oversee the full technical preparation, assembly, delivery, and coordination of Culinarium projects from receiving materials to final commissioning in collaboration with subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, countertop installers)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install modular stainless steel/aluminum kitchens on-site
• Plan installations: manage schedules, organize deliveries, coordinate subcontractors
• Supervise subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, countertop installers) to ensure project compliance
• Perform quality checks at every stage (alignment, finishing, site cleanliness)
• Read and interpret basic technical plans (layouts, connections, modules)
• Handle logistics: verify materials before delivery, load equipment, maintain inventory, and report
• Deliver and install products on-site using company vehicle
• Conduct minor after-sales service and post-installation adjustments
• Participate in trade shows, events, and occasional stand setups

Profile:

• Prior experience in:

• Furniture assembly or aluminum/stainless steel carpentry
• Kitchen or technical equipment installation
• Site coordination or subcontractor management
• Versatile, precise, autonomous, and solution-oriented
• Detail-driven with a strong sense of finish and presentation
• Practical mindset and proactive attitude
• Valid driver’s license required
• Professional communication with clients and partners
• Basic knowledge of electrical/plumbing connections (a plus)
