Finance Manager (2545-FMGR)

Our client, a non profit organisation is seeking to recuit a Finance Manager to lead its finance function and support organisational growth.

This senior role combines strategic oversight, compliance, and team leadership responsibilities within a mission-driven NGO environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with donor and government reporting standards.
• Oversee audits, cash-flow forecasting, and financial systems.
• Provide strategic advice to the National Director and the Board.
• Supervise and mentor the Finance Coordinator and team.

Profile:

• Fully qualified ACCA (or equivalent) with 8+ years’ relevant experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role within NGO, donor-funded, or public finance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and French; integrity and discretion are essential.
