The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of international and domestic travel, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage complex itineraries while driving sales and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored travel solutions for B2C and B2B clients, including flights, accommodation, transfers, tours, and travel insurance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
• Manage complex itineraries, including multi-destination trips and corporate travel arrangements.
• Advise clients on travel regulations, visa requirements, health, and safety guidelines.
• Research and negotiate with suppliers and partners to secure the best rates and exclusive offers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and emerging destinations to provide expert recommendations.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to revenue growth.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in booking processes, invoicing, and documentation.
