Working Hours: Our team operates from 12-21 Monday through Friday. Please ensure these hours align with your availability.

Responsibilities

• Execute the retouches requested by the client. Carry out image (photo) processing and retouching according to the client brief and in compliance with technical constraints.
• Perform color calibration in Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Adhere to the technical specifications of images for printing and digital content.
• Propose retouching options and be a source of suggestions.
• Applying digital effects, transformations, and manipulations to evoke specific moods, tell stories, or support brand messaging.
• Apply profiling and ensure compliance with technical specifications for printing or digital content.
• Have the retouches validated by the Retouching Manager.
• Store and organize elements according to the process and adhere to file naming conventions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Mastery of the prepress graphic chain and online digital content practises.
• In-depth knowledge of technical specifications for printing.
• Strong sense of imagery.
• Possess a strong understanding of design principles, color theory, visual storytelling, and color grading rules.
• Detail-oriented, precise. Conscientious and reliable, meeting deadlines.
