What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work across the full development lifecycle: feature planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance

• Contribute ideas to improve the application through smart, scalable development

• Tackle challenges involving the processing of highly sensitive data

• Use cutting-edge technologies to enhance performance and security

• Take part in conferences, training sessions, and continuous learning

• Share knowledge with teammates and mentor others where needed

• Perform QA testing and ensure smooth rollouts to production

Requirements:

• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or similar (or proven technical ability)
• Experience with web development frameworks
• Familiarity with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
• Problem-solving mindset with a high standard for code quality
• Team-oriented, trustworthy, and self-motivated

Bonus Skills (Advantageous but not essential):

• Python / Django

• Numerical libraries such as Numpy or Pandas

• Front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Version control (Git)

• LaTeX

• Cybersecurity expertise

• Experience in the financial services sector
