Our client is looking for a Business Development Executive
Mission:
This post main role involves developing and securing new business relations.
Responsibilities:
➢ Identifying; developing, and closing new sales leads;
➢ Screen past and potential business opportunities by analyzing market reports /strategies, competitions involvements and internal priorities;
➢ Integrating group global strategies and products by studying integration and potential in local market;
➢ Manage customer’s expectations - Preparing quotes and proposals in line with sales leads;
➢ Brainstorming and co-acting with colleagues from different departments, and countries, to create strategies and follow action plans
➢ Building trust and long-term relationship with past/lost customers;
➢ Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks;
➢ Monthly reports to evaluate the sales objectives and the sales leads to develop.
Profile & Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Customer focus
Solution provider
Good analytical skills
Fluent in English and French
Shipping or logistics knowledge would be a strong plus
Degree holder in Sales & Marketing/ Business Management or any other equivalent qualification
Well versed in Microsoft Tools
Working experience - minimum 3-4 years in a similar job
