Roles And Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hygiene and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections for compliance.
- Train and educate team members.
- Monitor hygiene supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with departments for implementation.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns.
- Stay updated on safety and hygiene trends.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Master’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition of Food Technology
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate Level 4
- Train the Trainer Certification from TSI, High field to conduct PIC Advanced training In House.
