We are searching for a Sales and Admin Coordinator to join our team to support the Sales department and ensure the smooth operation of daily and administrative tasks
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Follow up on quotes
- Ensure that the quality of service provided from pre-sale to post sale is at the highest level with a view to build clientele and promote the company’s image.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and emails.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and invoices.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the sales manager.
Requirements:
- HSC/ Diploma or equivalent;
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
