We are looking for highly capable individuals, with a can-do attitude to join our Admin Support Team. With the various processes on our team, Atalian Interactive Ltd is currently looking for:
Admin Support Officer: HR Support Process
- Provide generalist HR advice across all aspects of employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence, and TUPE, to ultimately minimise legal and employment-related risks to the business.
- Monitoring long term absence for a designated caseload; submitting and managing occupational health referrals, i.e., Supporting management and colleagues through the long-term sick cycle.
- Business leaders support. Provides analytical support to HR Team and business partners in the area of HR management
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritising workload accordingly.
Admin Support Officer: Fleet Process
- Allocation of vehicle documentation, checking everything is up to date
- Make sure that all vehicles are up to date with Service, MOT and are Taxed
- Support the Fleet team with any additional duties
- Liaise with Business Partners to arrange delivery, updates and answer any queries
Selected candidates will be assigned to a particular process based upon their experience and qualifications.
