The incumbent shall be responsible for clerical responsibilities, tend to work in office and be available by phone outside of normal business hours to deal with delivery problems.
Key Duties:
- Provide clerical support for inbound and outbound logistical operations
- Monitor transportation activities and logistical functions
- Work under the close supervision of Manager and Officer in charge
- Monitor trucks through GPS and follow up with drivers to ascertain their exact location
- Liaise with drivers and vehicle assistants for planning and delivery
- Check all the required documentation as well as ensure that trucks are loaded and depart at the respective time for delivery
- Work in collaboration with Warehouse and Sales department

Key Qualifications / Requirements:
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent
- Experience in Logistics
- Driving license
