Job Description
1. Training Planning: Make regional monthly training plans according to regional monthly training plans and combined with regional business training demands.
2. Responsible for the training and teaching of regional store sales staff and partners, as well as the management of sales staff around product launch.
3. Project operation: design corresponding training programs according to regional business requirements, including demand survey, project implementation, evaluation feedback and improvement, etc .
4. Market insight: Assist in insight into market product visibility, brand promotion, and timely understand team business training needs.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above
2. Be familiar with Huawei device products (Smartphone,PC,Tablet).
3. At least 1 year as a trainer in consumer electronics industry.
4. Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms.
5. Excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
6. English Language is required
