Responsibilities:
- Strategically expand the company's client portfolio by identifying and targeting potential clients.
- Employ various methods, including cold calling, cold emailing, and direct contact, to generate new leads and foster a long-term relationships with potential clients to convert to sales.
- Organise, attend or participate in industry related international events.
- Implement strategies to increase awareness of our solutions and enhance the company's visibility within the target market.
- Proactively book and conduct e-meetings with clients to understand their needs and effectively demonstrate our solutions, showcasing their value and relevance.
- Achieve the goal as per your set KPI, ensuring a consistent growth in the client base.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, providing valuable insights to drive informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Marketing, or other business-related field.
- Strong & fearless communicator with excellent verbal and written skills both in English.
- At least 2+ years of experience working in Sales or Business Development environment or similar position.
- Ability to acquire new business by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable solutions.
- Fast learner and ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
- Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics.
- Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Emboldened by challenges.
- Willingness to come up with new ideas to develop new sales approaches.
Would be a plus:
- B2B sales experience in a fast-growing Fintech, IT or Hospitallity solutions based company.
- Hands-on involvement with international markets.
