We are looking for a Payroll Officer.
Duties:
- Works on preparation of monthly payroll.
- Prepares monthly and quarterly HR reports as required by Management.
- Updates and analyses monthly HR dashboard (headcount, overtime, absenteeism, productivity, salaries.
- Ensures that all Company policies and procedures are strictly followed by all the team members.
- Maintains HR files and team members personal records and files (soft and hard copy) up-to-date: contract, copies of identity card, driving licenses, bank account number, change in conditions, promotion letters, disciplinary letters, training certificates.
- ensures that team members information is up to date on all Human Resources Information System (SICORAX and/or any other systems)
