Greet, direct and provide excellent customer service to customers, provide accurate information pertaining to products features, pricing and after sales services.
Main Responsibilties
- Greet, direct and provide excellent customer service to customers
- Provide accurate information pertaining to products features, pricing and after sales services.
- Inform customers about special offers
- Carry out and close the sale.
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Demonstrate the functioning and operations of products.
- Maintain correct merchandising and display in the showroom.
- Assist in stock control.
- Follow up on delivery of products as per delivery schedule.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Candidate may be requested to carry out the sale of any other products that are being sold in the showroom (eg. IT Products, Home Appliances, tools..)
Requirements
- Minimum HSC
- Experience in a similar position is a definite advantage
- Service-oriented attitude
- Good product knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (English and French) and capable of building trusting relationships
- IT literate & good knowledge of MS Office
- Team-player
- Able to work odd hours or on shifts and under pressure
