Ferney Spinning Mills is currently looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Clerk to join the HR Team. It will be on Prime à l’emploi basis.
What you will be doing:
- Be actively involved in the recruitment process - preparing job descriptions, posting adverts and managing the hiring process
- Ensure the successful integration of all newcomers
- Assist the Head of Departments in identifying training needs and to follow up with the HRDC for all G1/G3
- Assist/follow-up with the Head of Departments for the annual performance appraisal exercise
- Be the point of contact between Management and the employees- - handle employees' grievances
- Be involved in Welfare/CSR activities
- Other cognate duties
What are we looking for?
- Diploma in HR
- At least 1 year of working experience needed
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Dynamic, detailed-conscious and well-organized
- Willingness to learn and having a "can-do" attitude
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to work closely in team
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge in Payroll/Time and attendance would be an advantage
- Knowlege of the WRA
