To perform secretarial and administrative duties and assist the Manager.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and coordinate incoming calls
- Draft official letters upon request and perform monthly invoicing
- Raise Purchase Orders on ERP System and do follow-up
- Assist in the tendering exercise
- Prepare and send quotations to clients
- Keep track records of labour resources on sites
- Follow up extension or termination of contracts
- Capture the daily attendance of employees on the time and attendance system
- Allocate job numbers on all entries made on the time and attendance system
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum HSC
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office
Other Requisites:
- Self-organizer with the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good presentation with a professional manner
