To be responsible and ensure that all the activities of the Food and Beverage Department are done and respected as per established hotel standards and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide efficient food sales & services to guests
- Maintain stock & display food according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas and outlet areas
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, dishes and silverware
- Demonstrate product knowledge
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
- Work on a rotating shift, around all the outlets.
- Prepare the trolleys and the trays during his/her shift.
- Bring the service in an efficient and courteous way to the room.
- Check the cleanliness and perfect shape of all items sent to the guest.
- Wait for Superiors check before bringing service to the guest-room.
- Bring the invoice to the guest and for settlement of the bill.
- Comply with hotel’s safety, hygiene and health policies.
- Responsible for VIP’s set-up Bars.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the immediate superiors/Head of Department from time to time
