SYGECO LIMITED, a syndic management company, is recruiting a dynamic Site Officer to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform site visits and maintains property by investigating and resolving owner complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting and completing repairs and planning of work with suppliers.
- Deal with Contractors / Suppliers for the planning of intervention on site and seek the best deal.
- Work closely with the Site Administrator regarding targets, plans and objectives of the company.
- Proactively pursue the development of standard practices and update site procedures accordingly.
- Prepare, communicate and monitor program of works with the Site Administrator.
- Ensure with the administration department that the communication line is as per standard.
- Ensure proper reporting to the Site Administrator.
- Manage job scheduling to ensure on- time completion of jobs and fulfilment deadlines.
- To prepare and communicate site visit reports as per schedule.
- To always adhere to health and safety procedures of Sygeco.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in property management / facilities management
- Be proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience in Syndic company would be a definite advantage.
- Familiar and have knowledge of plumbing and electrical installation will constitute an advantage.
- Dynamic, Motivated, Focused, Pleasant and extrovert personality, Enthusiastic and Customer service oriented with an efficient and business-like approach.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Holder of a valid driving license.
