DESCRIPTION
- Place order for clients with all the required details as per company procedures.
- Provide customers with updated information and/or documents concerning their orders.
- Provide the accounting department with the documents necessary for invoicing clients, payment of suppliers and clearance of order.
- Ensure that the new orders are input in the system for access by the sales team.
- Ensure acknowledgement of firm orders & insurance of pro-forma invoices where applicable.
- Follow up on down payment with customers.
- Organise delivery of products to clients in a timely manner.
- Update the customer tracker on a systematic basis.

PROFILE
- Higher School Certificate level
- A minimum of 1 year's working experience in customer care
- Experience in an engineering sector is an advantage.
- Good Public Relations skills
- Conversant to MS Tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and spoken English and French
