ABC Motors is looking for an Assistant Operations Manager - Spare Parts Department. The duties are:
- Ensuring parts are available as requested by other business managers and clients
- Preparing and reviewing the pricing policy
- Working on policies for customer retention and satisfaction
- Planning on availability of required parts and conducting forecasts about future needs
- Ensuring smooth running of different divisions
- Assisting the manager in all marketing initiatives for meeting profitability and sales targets
- Assisting the manager in managing the workforce
Candidate Profile
- Degree holder
- Experience at managerial level
- Good leadership, communication and customer service skills
- Can do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and odd hours
- Experience and knowledge in automotive
