KazaCare is a project of Les Gaz Industriels and innovation firm Red Dot, providing comprehensive care plans and personalized home services under one roof.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1. Contact care providers who have indicated an interest to join our network
• 2. Introduce the platform, our values, and our ways of working over the phone
• 3. Interview and screen care providers
• 4. Call up references to get a detailed record of experience
• 5. Guide care providers in filling up their profiles and verify their documents
• 6. Train care providers in KazaCare protocols, practices and technology
• 7. Maintain the database of care providers on our platform so we give them jobs that are matched to their level of skill in order to meaningfully grow their capabilities
• 8. Match care providers to the best-fit jobs based on their capabilities and personality

Qualifications:

• - You have at least 5 years working experience
• - You have experience in home care and working with a diversity of caregivers
• - You have experience recruiting caregivers
• - You speak english, french, and creole equally well
• - You have excellent telephone skills
• - You are fluent with technology
• - (Bonus) You are a nurse, healthcare assistant or allied health professional with experience of providing care in a home setting.
