The Supervisor shall be:
- in-charge of the supervision of all store-related KPIs, VM / Training needs and all other operation-related fields of action that may have an impact in generating growth across the portfolio of brands.
- accountable for a portfolio of over 4 franchised stores operating across Ebene and Port Louis.
OTHER SKILLS:
(1) BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Follow-up on the sales objectives established between the Mauritius Brand Manager and Spain Product Manager and jointly establish concrete action plans as needed to achieve them.
Identify and support the implementation of strategic plans that allow sales growth in Mauritius.
Ensure that the Mauritius store teams have the tools and associated knowledge for optimal management of your store / area to achieve sales objectives.
Communicate and exchange relevant ideas and information on an ongoing basis with the Business Unit team of the Franchise in Spain about the issues that may affect the area:
(i) Public relations and advertising to increase brand awareness.
(ii) Expansion for future opportunities to expand the brand.
(iii) Product Management and Distribution, maximize sales and minimize the loss of stock in your area
(iv) Prices, range of collections and competition.
(v) Plan and participate in store openings / closings in your area.
(2) PROFESSIONAL RELATIONS
Transmit the company's culture to the teams.
Be a constant vector of motivation and commitment to indirect teams.
Collaborate directly in the selection and development of local Visual Merchandisers and indirectly, where appropriate, store/shop managers.
(3) PRODUCT / MARKETING
Manage stock and distribution levels in your area.
Know and advise on a continuous basis about market trends and competition.
Ensure that continuous analysis of sales and collection is carried out by the supervisory and store management teams.
Propose specific promotions based on competition and based on the stock statements in your area.
Follow up of the retail calendar and marketing plan.
(4) VISUAL MERCHANDISING
Ensure that all stores are provided with relevant guidelines that maintain the Brands’ integrity while adapting to the commercial requirements
Ensure that the Franchise Merchandising regulations are optimally applied in stores
Ensure compliance with the image standards of all clothing stores in Mauritius and at all levels - shop windows, furniture, staff .
