Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns and Providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating, editing, publishing and sharing content on a daily basis.
- Creating editorial calendars and creative content.
- Imagining and executing social media strategies.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a community manager.
- Experience launching community initiatives .
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
