Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Time & Attendance – data input, coordination, reporting
- Payroll (Workers) – coordination, consolidation, preliminary analysis, distribution of payslips, etc
- HR Admin – Personal File (PF) Management, Filing, general admin, etc …
- Welfare – uniforms, events, ACS, benefits, communications
- Prepare monthly statistics & reports
Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years in a similar post
- Computer literate – MS Office, Vipertext, Sicorax, etc …
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) - French & English.
- Detail-conscious with an analytical mind, organized and able to work autonomously(Internal) Customer-centric, Result-focused and with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Extrovert with an outgoing and pleasant personality
