The Showroom Clerk will have the responsibility to carry out duties as instructed by the Showroom Supervisor.

 

Qualification

Minimum HSC 

Experience

Minimum 2 years in the same field

Duties 

  1. Greeting and assist visitors in showroom.
  2. Responsible for Showroom Stock/ Display / Replenishment / Price tags.
  3. Processing of sales on software
  4. Report of clients visiting Showroom.
  5. Daily report of sales and  clients in showroom.
  6. Ensure neatness at reception area at all times.
  7. Provide any reports whenever required.
  8. Participate in trade shows organized by the company
  9. Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.

 

Assist in receptionist task as & when required

  1. Answering all incoming calls, direct and relay telephone messages to appropriate staff member.
  2. Respond to customer; inquiries wherever possible.
  3. Take adequate messages for absent staff.
  4. Record all messages.
  5. Daily report of Incoming calls.

 

Any other clerical duties related to the post.
