MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

The Marketing and Administrative Coordinator will be responsible to help Brand Managers to increase sales by developing brand awareness.

 

MAIN DUTIES: -

  • Help Brand Managers to increase sales
  • Support Brand Managers in their daily efforts to develop brand awareness
  • Execute sales & marketing assignments, notably:

  -  The preparation of promotional activities for the trade;

  -  The communication of monthly promotion proposals to clients;

  -  The final implementation of the promotions hand-in-hand with clients.      

  • Dispatch POS material for the activities and collect the material after
  • Prepare reports on brand performance and sales
  • Execute communications and media actions including online and on social media
  • Help the Brand Managers with all their sales & marketing duties

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS: -

  • 22 -35 years old
  • HSC and a Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • Pro-active and hard working
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in marketing activities
  • Clean Driving License for Private Car would be an advantage

CONDITIONS: -

  • Working Hours - 8:00 - 17:00

Salary and Remuneration: - Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
