The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the Industrial Engineering Function of the enterprise and will report to the Factory Manager of the enterprise.

Canditates should:

1. Hold a degree in Textile Technology/ Engineering or any equivalent

2. A postgraduade qualification in the field of work and method study will be an advantage

3. Young, between 35-45 years of age with strong leadership skills

4. Experience in Knitwear Production will be a definite and major advantage

5. Have a culture of excellence and ready to challenges

6. Ability to work to deadlines and cope with the consequent pressure

7. Hard work culture, self-disciplined with strong interpersonal and communication skills

8. Time-efficient, systematic working methodology

9. Good analytical communication and problem solving skills

10. Ability to confidently interact with a wide range of people and adapt easily to different cultures and personalities
