Natec Medical LTD is a Company who is specialized in the design and the manufacture of Catheters. We care about the Development of Medical High Technology to save lives around the world. We are now seeking for our Junior Machinist who will Team up with the Machine and Equipment Department.

Reporting to the Method Manager and under the supervision of the Senior Machinist, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

-          Use a lathe and a milling machine

-          Prepare the raw materials to be machined

-          Check the part after machining and correct the constant defects

-          Set up a process for finishing parts

-          Adjust and finish parts

-          Perform surface traitment operations (cycle monitoring)

-          Perform simple maintenance operations

-          Carry out the cleaning and maintenance of the machines

Qualifications and Experiences:

-          Minimum SC Level with experience or concept in machining (machining : processes in which a piece of raw material is cut into a final shape and size by a controlled material removal process).

-          Experience on conventional machine.

-          Good understanding of mechanical plans.

-          Ability to read a technical manuel and measure to the parts to use them correctly.

-          Ability to interact with other Departments and Managers.

-          Sense of detail and Teamwork.

-          Methodical and rigorous.

Possibility of evolution on numerically controlled machine.
