The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities :

What you will be doing:

• Reads production orders on colour- coded menu  cards on trays to determine items to place on tray
• Prepares and delivers food trays to the patients in atimely manner and with high customer satisfaction
• Ensure strict adherence to customer service , safety standards, hygiene, sanitation and tidiness at all times while performing the related duties
• Handles patient's feedback/ comlaint and report to the supervisor(s)
• Ensure that a good image of the company is being displayed at all times by dealing courteously with customers

What are we looking for?

• Minimum secondary Education
• A minimum of  1 year experience in similar position
• Basic computer literacy
• Excellent Communication , Interpersonal and presentations skills
• Attentive and patient with Customers(Highly Customer Oriented)
• Ability to work on pressure and shift system
