Respond to customers interactions in a professional and timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers.
- Dispatching of courier.
- To do receipts for payment collected at the reception.
- Monitor, update and relay information received from FedEx / TNT systems.
- Ensure that all files are updated with accurate and concise information.
- Provide excellent service consistent with the Company’s core service standards.
- To handle outgoing calls.
- Respond to customers interactions in a professional and timely manner, provide help and advice using the company’s products or services and achieve positive resolutions.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher School Certificate.
- Experience in customer service would be an advantage
- Pleasant and extrovert personality; motivated and focused.
- Good energetic phone voice and excellent telephone manners.
- Grooming with a professional and neat appearance will be an essential criterion for this job.
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English and French.
- Computer literate with ability to learn new software.
- Excellent administration, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in team.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
