RESPONSIBILITIES
To handle guest luggage on arrival, departure and during stay in an efficient manner
EXPERIENCE
1) A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the hospitality industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
1) Secondary Schooling with at least Form IV level or equivalent qualifications.
2)Passionate about service.
3) High level of integrity.
4)Excellent telephone skills.
5) Efficient, organised, dynamic and well groomed.
6) Ability to work under pressure.
7)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French languages. A third language would be a definite advantage.
8) Pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
9)Willingness to work during odd hours, weekend and Public Holidays.
10) Strong ability to respond and adapt to various situations and circumstances.
11)Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
12) A clean Certificate of Character is a must.
