Responsibilities
•Formulate and develop brand plan and strategies for each brand in portfolio
•Set and attain objectives per brand
•Ensure proper implementation of promotional, trade and marketing activities
•Constantly develop sales and market share
•Keep sound marketing & product mix for each brand strategy
•Monitor expenses and profitability of portfolio
•Liaise with supplier on price, strategy, NPD, and other concerns
•Ensure proper ordering and flow of stocks,
•Monthly reporting (sales, expenses, stock)
•Ensure proper implementation of marketing plans, strategies and promotion by TDM
•Give support to sales team for listing purposes or negotiation for trade activities
•Visit clients and trade in general once a week
Education/Experience & Skills
•Degree in Strategic Marketing or Brand Management
•Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
•Proactive in planning and coordination of work
•Team Player. Willing to share knowledge with colleagues
