LINKOPIA MAURITIUS LTD We are currently seeking an HR Administrator to join Linkopia Mauritius Ltd. Person to fill this respective position will be responsible for the general Administrative Support of the organization for the night and day shift.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records for the night shift employees.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- To make sure that quality is up to the standard set and that rules and regulation are respected.
REQUIREMENTS
- Agree to sign a bond of 1 year with the company.
- Minimum Hsc/ Diploma / Degree Holder
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Must be patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable
- Must respect the importance of confidentiality, as you will be dealing with employees personal details
- Must be able to use databases, spreadsheets, word processing and online tools
