Assist the head of department in the smooth running of the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist the head of department in the smooth running of the department.
-Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work to team.
-Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to improve colleague performance.
-Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, team members in compliance with regulatory policies and procedures.
-Maintain relations with outside contacts including guests, regulatory agencies, others as needed.
-Carry out preventive maintenance program to ensure facility is maintained and in service for our guests.
-Maintain and order parts and supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing waste and maintaining “green” initiatives.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
-At least Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Engineering
-At least 2-3 years’ experience in similar work environment
-Must possess strong leadership and supervisory skills
-Strong analytical, interpersonal skills
