TotalEnergies Marketing Mauritius Ltd is looking for a JUHI Airport Coordinator.

ACTIVITIES

As part of your missions, you will be responsible for the following:

HSEQ

• Abide by TotalEnergies’ HSEQ policy and site management’s HSEQ policy

Governance & Compliance

• Uphold the highest integrity standards, preventing corruption, fraud, and anti-competitive practices.
• Enforce internal control and good governance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with JV Core principles and participate in audits and inspections.

Operational Oversight

• Oversee all JUHI depot operations, ensuring adherence to safety and operational rules by staff and contractors.
• Issue work permits, verify methodologies, and risk assessments for all contractor work.
• Conduct regular inspections for early fault detection and preventive measures.
• Ensure proper functioning of depot firefighting systems and safety equipment.
• Prepare daily operation documents and monthly KPI reports.
• Manage stock reconciliation, product quality checks, and ensure documentation is properly filed.

Team Leadership

• Prepare rosters, manage overtime, and oversee attendance.
• Lead and participate in critical task analysis and operational decision-making.
• Coordinate and participate in depot upgrades and maintenance projects.
• Provide training and development for staff.
