Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with Occupational Safety & Health regulations and internal safety policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections across all departments.
- Identify hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Lead and coordinate health & safety training sessions and awareness campaigns for staff.
- Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with management and operational teams to embed a strong safety culture.
- Monitor emergency preparedness and coordinate drills and response procedures.
Profile
- Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.
- Good knowledge of local OSH legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams.
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office tools.
