    • Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) 📝
    • Ensure proper follow-up on actions and decisions
    • Organize meetings and manage schedules 📅
    • Handle document filing and record management
    • Manage calls and ensure effective communication 📞
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders 🤝

 

👤 Profile

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of the construction industry 🏗️
  • Valid driving licence 🚗
  • Dynamic, organized, and proactive
  • Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Good team player with strong communication skills
  • Good communication skills, fluent in french both spoken and written
