The Bar Manager is responsible for managing daily bar operations, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient staff performance, and high standards of quality, hygiene, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring high standards of service at all times
* Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to deliver outstanding customer service
* Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory control while reducing wastage
* Develop creative beverage menus, including cocktails, mocktails and signature drinks
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
* Monitor bar revenue, contribute to budgeting and support cost-control initiatives
* Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming bar environment
Skills & Qualifications
* Degree / Diploma in Tourism Management or any related field
•In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices
* Proven experience as a Bar Manager within a luxury hotel or resort
* Strong leadership, communication and organizational skill
* Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverage trends
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
