We are seeking an Accounts Receivables & Bank Reconciliation Team Lead to drive accounts receivable solutions, optimize financial processes, and collaborate across teams to enhance efficiency and deliver impactful business results.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team in the Accounts Receivables & Bank Reconciliation department.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, contributing to operational efficiency in line with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement and contribute to the achievement of financial goals, as per our agreed SLAs with internal customers (Group companies).
  • Ensure that our financial processes align seamlessly with exceptional customer success. 

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or ACCA qualification.
Strong background in Accounts Receivable, preferably within a Shared Services environment.
Proven experience managing teams, with a track record of inspiring and developing people.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
High level of accuracy with a meticulous attention to detail in financial operations.
Ability to foster collaboration and promote a customer-first mindset.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
