Role Overview:

As a Junior Investment Data Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You will provide essential financial support and administrative assistance to our investment team and Portfolio Managers. Your responsibilities will include managing transactions, generating reports, and ensuring smooth client interactions

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Record stock market trading transactions, client transfers and updating portfolio investments to maintain precise records.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports for portfolio managers, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Account Monitoring: Follow up on negative cash accounts for clients and ensure timely resolution and oversee management fees calculations on a quarterly basis.
• Error Management: Identify and correct portfolio performances promptly to maintain data integrity.
• Documentation: Write, submit, and file essential reports to support organizational transparency and efficiency.
