One of our client in the Funeral industry is looking for an HR Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, on boarding and off boarding processes.
- Coordinate daily Time & Attendance.
- Oversee the HR administrative duties.
- Handle employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Adhere to labour laws and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Main Skills:
- Diploma in Human Resources
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator/ officer with minimum of One (1) year.
- Knowledge on Mauritius Labour Laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
