The ERP Leader is responsible for the proper operation of the company’s ERP systems. You will manage and provide user support, training and recommendations on business process using ERP and propose new features to improve our current process.

Key Result Areas

i) X3 & Crystal report Management

- Ensure proper running of X3 services

- Provide support to SAGE X3 ERP users

- Produce enhancement to existing SAGE X3 ERP as per user    requirement

- Update, design and build Crystal reports

- Follow releases and implement new X3 features if required

- Contribute to deploy Sage X3 Add-On

ii) End users support

- Provide 1st and 2^nd level contact and convey resolutions to issues

- Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support

- Correct bugs reported

- Provide system training to new users on client side

- Update users regularly on their issues

- Follow up with users

- Update and create bartender labels

- Train IT staff to act as backup

Activity report

- Provide feedback and see problems through to resolution

- Produce activity reports

- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma in Information Technology

- 2-3 years of experience in X3 ERP and Crystal Report

- Sage Certification is a plus

- Data / Reporting
